Penny, a born and bred Novocastrian, brings 25 years of diverse experience in the property industry to her role within Commercial Collective’s Asset Management team. Her career began in a family-run real estate business, where she progressed from Property Manager to Sales and Licensee, building a strong foundation in residential property management and sales.

Expanding her expertise, Penny transitioned into Strata Management, where she oversaw complex residential and commercial properties, further refining her property management and client relationship skills. This paved the way for her entry into the commercial sector, where she gained valuable experience in property management, client relations, and commercial leasing.

Her passion for the retail sector led to a successful tenure in Shopping Centre Management. Penny advanced from Assistant Centre Manager to Centre Manager, managing multiple shopping centres from initial construction through to full operational status. This experience sharpened her abilities in retail management, property oversight, and strategic planning.

Penny’s extensive background across residential, strata, and retail property sectors positions her to deliver innovative outcomes and exceptional service in her role at Commercial Collective, leveraging her expertise to benefit clients and the wider Asset Management team.
