Marcus is a commercial executive with experience across a broad range of asset classes, including office, retail, hospitality, industrial and investment property. Working across Newcastle, Maitland and the broader Hunter region, Marcus has managed a growing portfolio of sales and leasing campaigns, from neighbourhood retail and fitted office accommodation through to hospitality venues, industrial assets and tenanted investments. His transaction experience has developed a strong understanding of the different commercial, operational and financial considerations that influence both occupier and investor decisions. Marcus takes a hands-on approach to each campaign, with a strong focus on market engagement, clear communication and maintaining momentum through enquiry, inspections and negotiations. His responsiveness and negotiation approach are also consistently reflected in client feedback, across both successful leasing and sales outcomes.
