I've been incredibly impressed with working collaboratively with Ryan and Mel on our lease renegotiations that have concluded (very successfully) today. Ryan has been an absolute gun, provided fantastic market insight and a solid strategy to extract the best possible outcome. He is also a great listener, sincere and honest. Mel, as always, has been on the button with all facets of the asset. Her timely review provided me with outstanding insight (that I’ve not previously had). It has also set us up to initiate a proactive maintenance programme so that we can make the most of the asset, rather than just “fix things” reactively. This will no doubt add significant value to this asset moving forward. They have both been available at all times to discuss my concerns and ideas and I felt supremely comfortable being allowed to participate on a Zoom call with our esteemed tenant.
