Who we are
Commercial Collective was founded by four locals who saw an opportunity to do things differently. Frustrated by the limitations of corporate real estate, they chose to build something independent- a business free from red tape, built entirely around the needs of their clients and their communities.
With deep roots across Newcastle, the Hunter Region, Maitland, the Central Coast, Port Macquarie, and the Mid North Coast, our team brings genuine local knowledge to every transaction. We understand these markets not as outsiders, but as people who live and work in them every day.
