Meet our Team

With more than seventeen years’ experience in people management, Morgan oversees all operational, administrative, and financial aspects of Commercial Collective.

Equipped with Certificate IV in Frontline Management, a Diploma in Management, ASIC RG 146 Accreditation and Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate), Morgan is a fiercely tenacious individual who strives to uphold Commercial Collective’s core values whilst also working towards her own personal goals. She’s currently completing a Diploma in Business to add to her existing accolades.

Morgan brought her leadership experience and knowledge to Commercial Collective in 2019, after previously working in managerial roles for a national quantity surveying firm that specialises in property depreciation. There she oversaw staff in day-to-day operations and gained essential project and people management skills.

After joining Commercial Collective as Head of Operations, her talent and drive were soon recognised and she was promoted to General Manager in 2022. In her current role, Morgan is dedicated and strategically minded. She thrives in helping Commercial Collective to plan and implement its vision and goals.

Morgan believes Commercial Collective’s values are of utmost importance and always acts with the intention to do what she says. She’s able to think quickly to make things happen and loves working as part of the team. She values the company’s culture as well as its commitment to its clients and the community as a whole.

A key project Morgan is particularly proud to have been involved in is the Commercial Collective Growth Grant, a $40,000 grant that encourages local Newcastle businesses to step outside their comfort zone by submitting a sixty second pitch to win one of four grants available to help them fulfil their business ideas and plans.
