Atwea College signs lease to expand their campuses into Elermore Vale.
Elermore Vale, NSW, May 2023 – Atwea College’s 10th campus location is coming to Elermore Vale. Senior Executive Brad Crouch and Commercial Executive Isaac Reville of Commercial Collective have successfully leased 112 Lake Road, Elermore Vale to Atwea College to serve as the College’s newest campus location. Atwea College currently has campuses located in Newcastle. Newcastle West, Cooks Hill, Charlestown, Northlakes, Raymond Terrace, Tomaree, Tuncurry and Cessnock. The property is centrally located offering 1,300sqm of space encompassing offices, training areas, and a multi-function area and has a 6-star NABERS energy rating.
