International Corporation opens Australian Branch in Newcastle

Through the lease of the Beresfield industrial site, Meiteng Technology pty LTD is set to open its first Australian branch in Newcastle. The Chinese company develops smart dry technology that applies x-ray and machine algorithms to mined material processing operations, boosting efficiency and minimising waste. The industrial Beresfield property was leased with a total building area of 977sqm and a site area of 1,800sqm*. The building features full pre-cast concrete panels and insulated roofing with alsynite sheets, supporting the organisation’s service requirements. The company commencing operations in the Newcastle/Hunter region can be recognised as a major opportunity for economic growth in the local area. As Meiteng Technology is a sizeable international corporation, their entry into the local area provides a key indicator of positive economic sentiment towards in the Hunter region’s mining sector.
