Port Macquarie expansion gaining momentum
Since launching into Port Macquarie and the Mid North Coast in May, we’ve been encouraged by the momentum we’re building in the market.
The expansion represents an important step in Commercial Collective’s continued growth across regional NSW, and we’re already seeing strong engagement from local property owners, investors, developers and businesses.
Leading our presence on the ground is Tony Rathbone, who has hit the ground running and is continuing to build relationships across the region. Tony’s local knowledge, experience and network are proving valuable as we establish our presence and connect with the local commercial property community.
Importantly, Tony isn’t operating in isolation. He is backed by the full strength of our Sales & Leasing, Property Management, Marketing and Administration teams, giving our Port Macquarie clients access to the depth, resources and specialist capability of the broader Commercial Collective business.
We’re also building a strong pipeline of opportunities, with current listings including:
- For Sale - 4–9/274 Bushland Drive, Taree
- For Sale or Lease - Units 1–22/Lot 311 Change Street, Thrumster
- For Lease - 39 Uralla Road, Port Macquarie
These listings are giving us an opportunity to showcase our approach to the market while building awareness of the Commercial Collective brand across the Mid North Coast.
Becoming part of the local business community
Our commitment to Port Macquarie extends beyond property. We’re pleased to have joined Business Port Macquarie, strengthening our connection with the local business community and creating opportunities to engage with and contribute to the region’s broader business network.
Building these local relationships is an important part of establishing a meaningful, long-term presence in the market. We want to be active participants in the community, not simply a business operating within it.
While we’re still early in the journey, the signs are positive. We’re gaining traction, building momentum and, most importantly, establishing meaningful relationships with the people who make this market what it is.
Our focus remains on being locally grounded, regionally connected and delivering the same level of strategic commercial property expertise that has underpinned our growth across Newcastle and the Hunter.
Our expansion into Port Macquarie is about more than establishing another office. It’s about building a long-term presence in the region, investing in relationships and connecting local property opportunities with broader capital, expertise and networks.
Connected. Experienced. Now in Port Macquarie.
