Boolaroo NSW, February 2026 – Steelspan Storage Systems Newcastle has secured a 3,189sqm* industrial facility at 109 Munibung Road, Boolaroo, consolidating multiple Newcastle operations into a single, purpose-built site designed to support future growth.

Steelspan Storage Systems is a family-owned Australian business that provides modular storage and materials handling systems to industrial and commercial customers across Australia. The transaction reflects a clear trend emerging across the industrial market, where occupiers are increasingly prioritising capability over simple floor areas.
