Building on almost 20 years of commercial property and development experience, Adam is known as a market leader with an unmatched track record across many of the region’s key industries.

The key to Adam’s success is a direct result of his strong work ethic and accomplished reputation coupled with an extensive national network. His substantial time in the industry and strong national alliances gives him the unique advantage of partnering with experts across multiple agencies, ensuring his clients benefit from having local representation with national reach. On an international level, Adam is known for his appearances at Asian Engagement Roadshows, having travelled throughout Asia presenting high profile properties to his overseas clients.

Adam previously held a National Director position for a global real estate agency where he successfully completed over 800 sale and lease transactions, worth over $850 million in value. He was responsible for successfully negotiating some of the region’s most notable property transactions including the Newcastle City Council Chambers, Merewether Surfhouse, Australian Tax Office, Newcastle Post Office and the majority of local state government Assets. In addition, he was consistently recognised as an Outstanding Revenue Awardee and afforded the NSW Spirit of Enterprise award. As a committed, strategic and always well-informed negotiator, Adam ensures his clients receive the most comprehensive advice and results possible.
