Initially, I sought his opinion on what the property might achieve and his suggested strategy. He produced a professional document outlining a likely range of $1.7m–$2m, which proved to be a very accurate estimate (the final sale price was $1.95m) and proposed a well-thought-out strategy. The campaign was really well executed, very close to what was initially suggested.
