Caleb joined Commercial Collective in 2023 as a data intern through the University of Newcastle, where he completed a double degree in Commerce and Data Analytics. Following his internship, he continued at Commercial Collective in a data analyst function before moving into more of a technology function in 2025.

In that time, Caleb has grown into responsibility for the business’ broader data and technology function – spanning data infrastructure, internal platform development, cloud architecture, system integrations, and AI-powered automation. His work supports every department of the business, with a focus on building tools and pipelines that make a tangible difference to how the team operates day to day.

The combination of a commerce and analytics background gives Caleb a commercially grounded perspective on technical problems – an approach he brings to everything from data engineering and business intelligence to the emerging applications of AI within the business.
