Commercial Collective’s CEO, Dane Crawford brings over 15 years of property expertise and knowledge to the business. Dane’s passion for real estate sparked over 30 years ago when he would spend his weekends flipping through the real estate section of the newspaper with his Dad.

Dane strives to achieve business excellence and his creativity and natural flair for entrepreneurship is easily recognised by all that have had the chance to work with him.

Creating a positive impact within the industry is a passion he takes quite seriously, providing mentorship for young agents and those new to the industry to boost their careers. His management style empowers all employees to be their best every day and deliver high-class services to all clients and is at the heart of the business values of integrity, innovation and synergy.

Prior to becoming CEO of Commercial Collective in 2018, Dane held the position of Director at an international real estate agency, with almost 1,000 transactions completed during his last three years as a sales agent. He is responsible for the successful sales of some of the Hunter region’s prominent high-density residential developments.

From Commercial Collective’s most senior team members to the newest and youngest agents, Dane is recognised as tenacious and passionate about his clients, the region and Commercial Collective. Under Dane’s leadership and business management acumen, the growth of Commercial Collective has been exponential; the company has exceeded its long-term business objectives in just five short years of operation – a tremendous milestone for the company and his entrepreneurial journey.
