Before entering commercial property, he spent several years in sales and strategic growth roles within the automotive industry, developing his skills in relationship management, operational coordination and understanding client requirements. Having progressed from Property Coordinator to Industrial Executive, Josh has built his property knowledge through hands-on experience and mentoring within Commercial Collective’s Industrial team. He applies this experience to helping owners, buyers and occupiers navigate their property requirements. With clear communication, strong attention to detail and a genuine ability to connect with people, Josh is committed to providing professional, responsive service and building lasting client relationships.
