Nick Tuxworth brings more than a decade of experience across commercial real estate, property investment and development, business development and industrial operations. Nick began his commercial property career with CBRE in 2014, working across capital markets, investment and development property before progressing into a management role. He later joined Savills Australia & New Zealand as an Associate Director, building further transaction experience across Greater Sydney. In 2020, Nick established Tuxcomm Property, spending four years advising clients and transacting commercial and development property. He subsequently held senior business development and general management roles in the construction, steel fabrication and industrial sectors, gaining direct insight into the operational requirements of owner-occupiers and industrial businesses. Nick’s background gives him a practical understanding of both the investment considerations and operational requirements that shape property decisions. He draws on this experience to advise investors and owner-occupiers, considering how a property supports their financial objectives and day-to-day business needs.
