Industrial development gathers pace in Black Hill as land supply tightens

Black Hill, NSW, October 2025 – New industrial development is taking shape in the Hunter Region, with The Depot at 5 Peach Road marking one of the first projects to emerge within the Hunter Business Park at Black Hill. The project signifies a shift in the market, as developers respond to limited land availability and rising demand for ownership opportunities in connected, infrastructure-backed locations.
