New Associate Director, Sarah Willcox joins Commercial Collective

Newcastle West NSW, June 2024 – Local Real Estate Agency, Commercial Collective has acquired Sydney talent, Sarah Willcox, as their newest Associate Director.

Sarah Willcox joined the Commercial Collective team as Associate Director last month, bringing with her an impressive array of expertise. Having previously worked at property investment and funds groups Kingsmede and Charter Hall Sarah has over 20 years of expertise in the industrial, commercial and retail property sectors, acquiring skills in both leasing and portfolio management.

Her recent relocation to Newcastle from Sydney, provided an opportunity for Sarah to join the dynamic Commercial Collective sales and leasing team, bringing with her a wealth of personal connections and relationships. Sarah’s commitment to her clients is evident and these enduring relationships are sure to provide mutual benefits to both her existing relationships and the new ones she is forging with Commercial Collective’s client base. Sarah will have a varied portfolio including A-Grade offices, commercial sales and prime industrial assets.

Sarah’s Property Economics degree acquired from Western Sydney University and her abundance of experience within the commercial, retail and industrial real estate scene has seen her establish a $1 billion diversified property portfolio; gained largely through an institutional fund manager, a top-tier law firm and high calibre Family Office.

Sarah is looking forward to working with the team at Commercial Collective and experiencing Newcastle’s commercial property opportunities first-hand.
