Our property services also include insurance broking, commercial property investment coaching and residential development advisory services, sales and marketing.
Who we are
Commercial Collective was founded by four locals who wanted to see a change in their chosen industry. By choosing to run an independent business, they saw an opportunity to make the changes they knew would benefit their clients and their communities, without the red tape that corporate organisations can often bring.
As local Novocastrians, they have a passion for bringing new business opportunities to the local Hunter region, not just now, but for future generations to come. These businesses bring job opportunities for locals, and it is their hope that one day their own children will not have to leave the local area in order to have any careers that they choose to pursue.
The founders of the business have a passion for facilitating other businesses in the region in continuing to achieve their business strategies. Our passion is commercial real estate, and it is the core foundation of all businesses.
