Jacob Siever met us at the initial consultation with facts already researched and he presented these to us. He was always available for communication and updates, recommendations for work to be done to prepare the property for auction. Weather was bad at time of sale, but this did not inhibit Jacob’s interest in showings and open property events. The auction was excellent and very professionally conducted. Jacob’s colleagues also approached us and advised us in an excellent manner. We did not feel pressured, but were guided by their experience in the auction process.
