I have been delighted with my experience with Commercial Collective. 90% of my interaction has been with Max Dobbyns and he has been absolutely fantastic. Initially, I sought his opinion on what the property might achieve and his suggested strategy. He produced a professional document outlining a likely range of $1.7m–$2m, which proved to be a very accurate estimate (the final sale price was $1.95m) and proposed a well-thought-out strategy. The campaign was really well executed, very close to what was initially suggested. Throughout the campaign, Max and Benjamin Morello kept me thoroughly informed with weekly (or more frequent) updates and consulted me whenever key decisions were needed. They clearly had a strong understanding of the market and the key players involved. Their advice on prioritising the bidders was excellent, and they managed the final decision-making process very effectively. Benjamin stepped in to manage the buyers at the end of the campaign while Max was on leave and handled the challenges that arose. Upon Max’s return, he did an outstanding job addressing the purchaser’s concerns and guiding them to a final outcome. It’s clear that Max brought a great deal of maturity, skill, patience, and persistence to closing the deal. I can't praise him highly enough, he clearly has a very bright future.
